Duke Farms Master Plan & Visitor Center - Somerville, NJ

Print

After working on the Master Plan, phbCatalyst was involved in assisting Duke Farms in the design and construction of an expanded Visitor Center to provide guest amenities, orientation facilities, and staff support facilities.

In order to demonstrate the foundation’s commitment to sustainable operations and development, the additional square footage was provided with re-usable, re-locatable modular trailers customized with “green” materials. The expansion was sited on a low impact boardwalk deck to minimize disruption to the existing natural setting.
